Lo stampo per tronchetti ondulati DrOetker Tradition 1447 è uno strumento robusto e antiaderente, ideale per realizzare tronchetti, pane, torte e brioche. Realizzato in acciaio rivestito, garantisce una cottura uniforme e un distacco facile grazie al suo interno nero antiaderente.

Consigliamo di utilizzare questo stampo per realizzare un tronchetto di cioccolato e di aggiungere il nostro intenso pralinato alla nocciola per un'esplosione di sapori.

Istruzioni per l'uso:

  • Prima del primo utilizzo, anche se antiaderente, imburrare leggermente l'interno o utilizzare uno spray staccante.
  • Riempire non più di 2/3 per evitare che la cupola fuoriesca.
  • Dopo la cottura, lasciare raffreddare per 5 minuti, quindi capovolgere su una griglia.
  • Pulire a mano con una spugna morbida e asciugare immediatamente per preservare il rivestimento.
